HFL July Small Group Meet up
We are more than our diagnosis.. More than our disability.. We are ABLE.
23 July 2026: Our small group of lupus warriors came together for a meaningful meet-up at Ayala Feliz, Pasig, where we shared our stories—our struggles, challenges, lessons, and the inspirations that keep us moving forward. 💜
Each story was different, yet there was something beautifully familiar: the comfort of knowing that we are not alone. In celebration of National Disability Rights Week, we also took time to talk about disability sensitivity on other disabilities—looking beyond what we see, listening without judgment, showing empathy, respecting individual needs, and creating spaces where everyone feels seen, valued, and included.
Because not all disabilities are visible. And not every battle can be seen.
But every person has a story. Every person has abilities. Every person deserves dignity, respect, and inclusion.
