Last August 26, 2023, an amazing in-person meet-up for our ‘Hope for Lupus’ community in Cavite! A small group of lupus warriors were in attendance, ready and eager to tackle the topic about ‘Managing Flares: Strategies and Coping Mechanism.’ A meaningful and insightful discussion about the different ways to manage lupus flares and to cope with the emotional toll they can take. At the end of our discussion, Sharing our experiences and strategies not only helps us feel supported but also helps us to find new ways to deal with the challenges that lupus brings.
