Last April 5, 2025, we gathered at the Diwa Headquarters in Olongapo for a meaningful meetup attended by 14 lupus warriors and 4 dedicated caregivers.
We were so grateful to have Dr. Jan Pabustan, a compassionate rheumatologist, who generously shared his knowledge about lupus medications and answered all our questions with patience and care.
Lunch was lovingly prepared by board member Mr. Sid Salazar, who also led the day’s activities. The room was filled with laughter during the games and heartfelt moments during the sharing session.
This is part of HFL’s commitment to continuously reach out to lupus warriors across the country and raise awareness about lupus—one day at a time. Everyone went home with thoughtful gifts, happy hearts, and new friendships—proof that hope shines brighter when we’re together 💜
